This page explains what data ProjectFreedom collects, why, and who it touches. If anything here is unclear, email faisal@superventure.studio and we will explain it in plain English.
Who runs this site
ProjectFreedom is a brand operated by WebMedic Internet Sdn Bhd (201601040346), a Malaysian company, as part of SuperVentureStudio.

What we collect
When you request the worksheet or subscribe:
- Your email address (stored in Brevo, our email platform)
- The page you subscribed from, and the source (the signup form or an exit popup)
When you use the contact form:
- Your name, email, message, and the category you pick (sent to us by email so we can reply)
When you just visit the site:
- IP address and user-agent (via Cloudflare, for security and rate limiting)
We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site today. If that changes, this page will be updated before any new tracker goes live.
How we use it
- Deliver the worksheet. Send the download to your email after you sign up.
- Email you. Send the worksheet, then a short series of honest emails about leaving on a plan. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribe once and you are off the list, no “are you sure” loop.
- Reply to you. Answer messages you send through the contact form or by email.
- Prevent abuse. Block traffic that hammers the signup or contact form.
We do not sell your data. We do not rent it. We do not swap it with other newsletters.
Third parties we use
Your data flows through these services. Each has its own privacy policy.
- Brevo (email delivery and newsletter): brevo.com/privacy
- Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, security): cloudflare.com/privacypolicy
If we later add payments or analytics, we will list those vendors here before turning them on.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies today. The only thing stored in your browser is a small flag that remembers you dismissed a popup, so we do not show it again for seven days. You can clear it anytime by clearing site data.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you. Email us and we will send it within 14 days.
- Delete your data. Email us and we will remove you from Brevo and any other system we control within 14 days.
- Correct your data. Reply to any email with the correction and we will update it.
- Object to marketing. One-click unsubscribe in any email does this immediately.
To exercise any right, email faisal@superventure.studio with the word “privacy” in the subject line.
If you are in California (CCPA): you have the right to know, delete, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR): the lawful bases we rely on are your consent (for marketing emails) and our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure.
Data retention
- Subscribers: kept until you unsubscribe, plus 30 days of backup retention.
- Contact messages: kept for as long as needed to resolve your question, then cleared.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when we add a tool, change a vendor, or a law requires it. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change.
